On July 10, CEDAR presents an analysis of Schema.org's coverage of biomedical data sets, as part of the ISMB COSI Bio-Ontologies track.
In this work, co-authors Kody Moodley of University of Maastricht and Josef Hardi of Stanford University developed tooling to examine how well schema.org attributes address the concepts found in common biomedical data specifications, and provide insight about how to increase schema.org coverage of this domain.
The presentation will be given at 11 AM in the Columbus EF room.
